Click & Collect
For in-store pickup, our boutique is located at 1556 Avenue du Mont-Royal Est, Montréal QC H2J 1Z2.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours after order confirmation. You can then pick it up at any time during our opening hours.
Shipping Information
For every shipment, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We currently do not ship outside Canada.
The delivery times listed above are for reference only. Secondli is not responsible for any potential delays, lost packages, or issues once the order has been shipped to the provided address. A delivery delay does not justify any penalties, compensation, or order cancellations. We cannot guarantee delivery times, especially during busy periods such as the holiday season.
If a package cannot be delivered for any reason, you will have two options: pay for reshipping, or cancel the order, in which case our team will be in touch.
