Refund policy
All sales are final, but items can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and original tags. Items must be returned in perfect condition, free of any defects.
To initiate an exchange, you can either drop off the item in person at our Montréal shop or send it back by mail at your own expense. If an item has been inaccurately represented in its listing, please reach out and we will review the situation promptly.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to read the product description carefully, review all photos, and consult our standard size chart to ensure the item is the right fit for you. All our pieces are second-hand, and we do our best to describe their condition accurately.
Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. If an issue is reported, we will review your inquiry and notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
